Yesterday, the BPM Festival Costa Rica released its daily
lineup schedule for the inaugural edition of the festival being hosted in Costa
Rica. Over the course of five days, festival attendees will be able to party
during the day and into the night across two venues during the day, and four at
night.
Night one will be a fabulous way to kick off the festival, with Deep Dish who was featured on our last preview for 5 sets you cannot miss at the BPM Festival Costa Rica (insert link for 5 DJ’s to catch article) closing out the day portion with a sunset set. Then in the evening, half of Deep Dish and Sci Tec boss Dubfire will invite Art Department, Kenny Glasgow and others to handle opening duties for the evening portion of the festival at the Sci Tec stage. Detroit will also represent opening night with sets from the legends Carl Craig and Stacey Pullen at the Detroit Love branded stage.
Day three will have a stage hosted by the queen Nicole
Moudaber, as she brings along Paco Osuna and Hito. With Dubfire, Paco, and
Nicole all gracing their presence in Costa Rica, it will be interesting to see
if they have any surprises up their sleeves as they all have played several
b2b2b festival sets together. At the very least, it wouldn’t be surprising if
Paco and Nicole go back to back since they’ve also performed together numerous
times.
The supergroup Better Lost Than Stupid (Matthias Tanzmann,
David Squillace, Martin Buttrich) will be rounding out the closing fiesta on
the BPM stage, while U.K. maestro Skream will be shutting it down on the Kaluki
stage. These are just a few of the 100 DJ’s performing at the BPM Costa Rica
Festival, as there will be plenty of time to explore an discover new DJ’s one
may be unfamiliar with.
BPM Festival tickets are on sale now and can be bought on the festival website at here.
