Joe Russo’s Almost Dead

The Grateful Dead cover band is saving the day and also heading down to The Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park to headline this year’s Suwannee Hulaween alongside The String Cheese Incident, Fisher, Portugal. The Man, Louis the Child, STS9, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, and so many others.

I know you know how much I love this festival. After two years without it — and after breaking a very serious pact I made with myself when I was eighteen, attending my first Hulaween, swearing I would never spend another Halloween anywhere else until myself or the festival came to an end — I’m desperately counting down the days until I’m, once again, wandering around Spirit Lake at unreasonable hours of the night, just trying to figure out where the ball pit is this time.
